Celebrate Mother's Day with a sumptuous buffet à discrétion full of freshness, variety and attention to detail.
Our highlights:
Hot delicacies: Braised veal shoulder with gravy, green asparagus, Swiss hash browns, bacon
Live egg station: scrambled eggs, omelettes and fried eggs, freshly prepared
Cold dishes: such as cheese and cold meat platters, fresh wild salmon and antipasti
Sweet temptations: such as coconut panna cotta, Danish pastries and chocolate mousse
Everything is lovingly prepared for a relaxed and enjoyable start to Mother's Day.
Vegetarian/vegan: We would like to point out that our brunch menu is designed to appeal to the majority and offer variety, and is deliberately not geared towards vegetarian and vegan diets. This is due to our quality standards, the effort involved, the space available at the buffet and to avoid food waste. Thank you for your understanding.
